  1. Those wacky Marriott folks, they really take their cues from the top. Arne Bonvoys the customers ;eft and right and the properties follow like United and American, I mean sheep. Now they’re trying to Bonvoy entire cities? Color me impressed.

  2. Is the Courtyard trying to resell the rooms? The article doesn’t say that.

    The Courtyard says they accidentally took 100 too many reservations. Has anyone seen if they are taking booking for the same night?

    If they accidentally took 100 to many reservations, they should fix it now … although they should think about incentives.

    If they are trying to resell at a higher rate, they should be stopped.

    Unclear which one it is.
