Fare Alert: Several Cities to Europe From $224 Roundtrip on American and British Airways

No Mas Coach ironically highlights several amazing fares for coach roundtrip travel between the US and Europe starting at just $224.

  • New York to Madrid $224
  • Boston to Helsinki $227
  • New York to Milan $236
  • Boston to Barcelona $239
  • New York to Zurich $245
  • New York to Oslo $243
  • New York to Stockholm $268
  • Los Angeles to Barcelona $329
  • (And because I love throwing in an exotic one) New York to the Arctic Circle $258

These are available starting in September through end of schedule, may require staying up to a week and definitely require a Saturday night stay. The lowest fares are for basic economy, which doesn’t include a free checked bag or free seat assignment. Of course buying up to avoid basic economy then means the opportunity to pay for most of the decent seats.

  1. @Jason_EXP: It’s called competition. Airlines don’t offer the best sale fares to their customers in fortress hubs.

  2. Very cool! I’ve actually always wanted to visit Tromso. Northern Lights viewing for less than $300 roundtrip!

  3. Jim – check out the several Choice Hotels up there for 16k points. Note they have a Clarion with free breakast and dinner buffet.

  4. Great rates…thanks. But technically Tromso is Norway and not the Arctic as I spent 3 seasons out of Svalbard which is the Arctic…much further north and requires a ship or additional flight:) Either way…these are great rates!
