The new Thai queen used to be a flight attendant for Thai, but she’s been the deputy head of the current Thai king’s bodyguards more recently than she’s been an FA. The current queen or Sweden also used to be an FA, IIRC.
I’m sorry, but claiming that Crazy Rich Asians was a “remake” of Coming to America is a little over-the-top. It was based on a book, which – with help from the movie – has sold over 1.5 million copies. While there are some similarities (i.e., girl did not know guy was rich/royalty), that’s about it.
I’m guessing that the author, Kevin Kwan, wouldn’t appreciate your claiming that his book was just a knockoff.
Saying “Crazy Rich Asians” was a remake of “Coming to America” is like saying “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a remake of “God Save the Queen”. I mean the word Queen is in there somewhere in both, right?

Whatever the origins, Crazy Rich Asians has to be the most over-hyped , ridiculous film in the history of cinema ( perhaps equal with Waterworld ). Not a single redeeming feature, not one laugh in the entire, tedious 90 minutes.

Anyways, this is besides the point of the main paint of this, this morning s not a case of a scion travels to Germany and disguise his wealth, meets bride who is not accepted by family. More like he was traveling to Munich in. TG F and commandeered the whole F cabin and met her. Did you ever see the clip online with a former wife, a bar hostess appearing naked from the waist up at a dinner. I give this new queen 6 months.
