American Airlines Offers New Zoes Pre-Order Charcuterie Plate in Domestic First Class

Back in September when American Airlines launched their partnership with Zoës Kitchen they introduced new coach buy on board items from the Mediterranean chain that people seem to love.

At the time I shared that the airline planned to roll out a Zoës item as a pre-order option “similar in style” to the current cheese plate light alternative to the regular meal.

This becomes available for flights starting in March and is a new choice in addition to the two regular meal choices, special meals, and the current cheese plate option.

As long as you’re confirmed in domestic first class at least 24 hours prior to departure for a meal flight you can select this if you don’t want one of the other options.

  1. It love humus, I will probably bring a small baguette and make an Italian sandwich out of it 😉

  2. The Gruben was by far the best thing AA offered in Y. Of course, that meant they wouldn’t keep it. The other sandwiches are ok, but not good enough to break my low carb diet.

The hummus is tastey (and healthier carbs than bread) but not enough crudités/wagers for the amount of hummus.

    Bring back the Gruben!
