  1. Dud properties
    IHG has become vastly overpriced especially on redemption
    I think they forgot that they have no elite benefits that are meaningful
    No breakfast no suite upgrades and Inter Cons for Plats or Spire
    Destination fees resort fees and nickel and dime
    And hesitant late check out except for Ambassadors in IC
    I’ll take Hyatt Marriott SPG and even Hilton which also doesn’t guarantee late checkout but has a superior program for its members with breakfast even for mid tier of some kind
    IHG is virtually out IMHO a waste of time and money except in rare instances
