This Pilot Has the Best Sense of Humor Ever

Ironically there’s a lot of sitting around in travel. Plenty of flight attendants bring magazines or books with them, often now reading on a tablet. One British Airways flight attendant got fired for reading her book upside down (it was a dead giveaway she was drunk).

I have to say though this is the absolute best use of a book on an aircraft. Ever.

I hope the pilot pulls this book out of his bag at prior to push back on every flight.

  1. For the passengers who are afraid of flying i doubt they will see the humor of a pilot doing this immediately before push back. Its called being professional. Obviously the pilot did this as a joke while on the flight deck which is fine. Its quite another thing to do it immediately before push back with passengers.

  2. Sometimes when I’d fly friends in a rented small plane, I’d pull out the checklist and say on the headset intercom “OK, now how does this work again?” as if it was the instructions for flight. 🙂
