  1. So if you stiff your Uber driver on the tip or otherwise inconvenience him then he can report you as a drug user and then you can no longer use Uber. Cool. And I just bet that the authorities will want to tap into that message stream to find more candidate for a free trip to the slammer. Not that that would ever happen, would it?
