  1. I am very happy that other people decide to tip Uber, because as the link points out it makes my (non-tipped) rides cheaper.

    The fact that drivers don’t make any more money because of the other people tipping does show the justice of the all-in pricing (no tipping) model that Uber pioneered (and that unfortunately stopped, thankfully only in the U.S.)

  2. Does this writer expect that Uber will lower its prices in late December when they stop “tipping” Starwood members 😉 ?
