  1. So that “Chicago” Crowne Plaza was actually in Rosemont, by the airport–not the one in downtown Chicago.

    I’ve stayed at that downtown Chicago Crowne Plaza, bought some ice cream at the grocery down the street and asked the front desk whether they could freeze it for me. They said no. Great hospitality, fuckers.

  2. I just wish Star Alliance would add a third tier. Being 1K is far less valuable when lumped together with every airline’s mid-tier flyers.
