    I don’t have to like anyone. There is no law that says that people have to like fat people, or cannot make fun of them. As long as she was not being harassed she should mind her own business.

  3. To be fair, I’ve had really good luck with Marriott and Starwood LNF / BRG claims. I’m at a 90% success rate on the last 15 attempts. I used to detest the Hyatt process (they denied about 80% of my claims and are completely satisfied to not provide a reason), so I had given up and started using the Citi 4th night free more often.

    Luckily, Hyatt doesn’t want my 50 / night / year business, so I’ve moved on. Not all programs are equal, so YMMV.
