Via Fly4Free Star Alliance airline SAS Scandinavian Airlines has fares from $221 roundtrip between Miami and both Copenhagen, Denmark and Oslo, Norway.
Fly4Free calls this an error fare, but pulling up the relevant fare rules for the $21 base fare (plus taxes and fees) in each direction — fare basis TOWUSSKM — SAS calls this an SAS Go Saver fare so I don’t see any reason not to believe them that it’s just a deep discount.
Prices are available for outbound travel in late September and into October, and you can book tickets at airfare metasearch site Momondo.
A Saturday night stay is required and the fare has a $300 change fee so in essence no changes.

Just in case SAS decides they want to renege on such a deep discount offer for non-stops to Europe, a case of seller’s remorse, I’d wait a few days after buying tickets before making additional non-refundable travel plans around the fare. (In theory an airline refusing to honor a sale like this would have to reimburse any out of pocket costs you incurred but there’s not much history with enforcement of that particular DOT statement so I’d still not test it.)
I see no reason to think this is in error. That’s within ballpark of Norwegian pricing. If it were $2.21 and for business… Anything above $200 in coach can’t reasonably be construed as a mistakr
