VERY Special Price… Park Hyatt Aviara Park Deluxe Suite From $229

Via Extreme Hotel Deals, the Park Hyatt Aviara (used to be a Four Seasons) in Carlsbad, California has a Park Deluxe Suite available for as little as $229+tax. I reviewed this property several years ago.

You can book on Hyatt’s website at the Seasonal Promotion rate.

The rate is available April 5 through May 25 for a minimum stay of 2 nights. It is prepaid and non-refundable.

Rate Rules

20 pct off the Hyatt Daily Rate for travel between 05APR16-25MAY16 – Must book 7 or more days prior to arrival – 2 Night Minimum Length of Stay – Full Prepayment due at time of booking – Non-Refundable/No changes – Reduced rate is reflected in price at time of booking

This room is a level above the basic Park Suite.

However the room type is on sale for less than the base level suite (and indeed for the same price as an entry level room).

As with the Ambassador Suite in Paris for $142, two important caveats:

  • Only book what you’re certain you will use. While hotels are often happy to cancel reservations that are priced so low if you wish, the rules say it’s non-refundable and they could certainly hold you to that.

  • Don’t make other non-refundable or non-changeable plans around the reservation yet. There’s certainly a chance that the hotel will decide not to honor such a great deal.

  1. Thanks for the h/t Gary. Note it can get a little cheaper for longer stays. Cheapest 2-day $207 for April 23-25 but $176+tax for 23-26 (this is the screenshot on our site.)

  2. Beware of ripoff resort fee and exorbitant parking charges. Will add about $80+ per night.

  3. Looks like the fixed it 🙁 Rate is now $408/night which is consistent with the other room types.

  4. Nice property, stayed last year in April. Definitely a Four Seasons feel and fantastic service from all we interacted with. Nice quiet setting. Did a $150 rate then DSU to get the Park Suite, though as Rich mentions watch out for a sky high mandatory $35 valet parking and $27.50 “re$$$ort fee” that made our two nights cost under $500.
