$100 Off 2-Day Silvercar Audi Car Rental

There’s a Virgin America promotion code with Silvercar for $75 off a 2-day rental for first time Silvercar users, and Silvercar offers $25 to first-time renters who are referred by existing customers.

  1. First time Silvercar users get $25 when referred by someone (and the referrer gets $25 as well). This is my referral link, feel free to leave yours in the comments if you’d like.

  2. Doctor of Credit says that promo code Elevate75 will take $75 off a first time Silvercar rental, or 15% off if you’re an existing customer. Testing the code myself it works for new customers for rentals of 2 days or more. It didn’t want to work for my existing account at all.

When you rent from Silvercar, their all-inclusive model comes with free GPS, wifi, and satellite radio. You pay only actual tolls (no administrative charges) and can pay a flat $5 and they’ll refuel your car at market rate.

No $9.79 per gallon charges, and no filling up at the gas station near rental car return charging nearly $5 a gallon.

These aren’t cheap rentals, they start at $49 a day in some locations but that’s often cheaper than I can get midweek airport rentals and it’s not that much more than rental agencies charge much of the rest of the time — plus you get a nice car and nice set of features.

Silvercar has airport locations in:

  • Austin
  • Chicago O’Hare
  • Dallas Love Field
  • Dallas Ft. Worth
  • Denver
  • Fort Lauderdale
  • Los Angeles
  • Miami
  • Phoenix
  • San Francisco

I’m always on the lookout for Silvercar discounts, especially those that can be used by existing customers, because I really have come to prefer renting from them. I only wish they were in more cities. Oddly enough their core customers aren’t elite business travelers. And certainly the Virgin America brand tie-in makes some sense. It just means I’m an atypical fan.

Update: via commenter Jonathan promo code ELEVATE15 will work for existing customers to take 15% their next rental.

  1. Worked great for an upcoming rental at the new Manhattan location. Remember to put your Virgin America Elevate number into your profile to get increasing bonus points with each rental.

  2. Thanks Gary. Had a 2 day LAX rental booked at Avis for $97 and just paid $24 at Silvercar using your sign up link and first time bonus. Silvercar pricing seems competitive for midweek short term rentals, but less competitive for week long rentals.
