- A good reason to be in DC that day: On May 8, two dozen types of vintage World War 2 aircraft will fly over DC to commemorate the 70th anniversary of V-E Day.
The historical aircraft expected to participate include the P-40 Warhawk, P-39 Aerocobra, P-38 Lightning, P-51 Mustang, P-47 Thunderbolt, FG-1D Corsair, B-25 Mitchell, B-17 Flying Fortress, and many others.

@Corky – Of the planes listed in Gary’s blurb, NONE of them are jets, they’re all prop-driven.

Loved the JW Marriot trailer, but I wouldn’t pay to see any digital stream of it. In 5 minutes, I’ll be asleep.
Marriot can go back to DVDs and Video Tapes, and then maybe … maybe, I could buy it to test my hardware. Hollywood is about to go through a transformation. Maybe all the leftists will get kicked out.
