About That 50,000 American Airlines Bonus You Can Get…

American Airlines Credit Card 50000 Bonus Miles: Monday I wrote about the 50,000 bonus point offering for signing up for the Citibank American Airline small business credit card.

The link I had been using for a long while stopped working, but a reader provided me with a new one. The deal lives on. And indeed, 50,000 miles for the card is a good deal.

  • It’s no fee the first year, and with a low spending requirement.
  • It ‘stacks’ with the personal card. You can get 50,000 for both.

Here’s Why (and how) you should get a small business card.

I failed to make one important point in the post, because it wasn’t news – the 50,000 point personal card signup bonus is still available. I’ve gotten emails from several readers since I wrote the post about the business card letting me know you can get it for the personal one too!

In fact it’s been a staple of my list of most rewarding credit cards.

So to be clear, there’s a 50,000 point signup bonus offer for both the personal and the small business American Airlines card from Citibank.

Note that no referral links were harmed (or used) in the making of this post.

  1. applied for it yesterday. no instant decision. called recon. rep said hes denying it because im “churning”. lol.

  2. Applied for the personal 2 days ago and got denied because “you already have the Executive so we can not give you the Platinum.” Read the T and Cs and found it very misleading.
