I can’t be on the chat, and don’t want to create a username/password to log in and pre-submit a question, but could someone please ask Ms. Robin why American doesn’t permit sites like Awardwallet to track AAdvantage points? Don’t they want their customers to be engaged in their program? Or are they afraid that permitting Awardwallet to track AAdvantage points leads to more point redemption and less point expiration?
