It seems he wasn’t convicted of anything. He should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. In that sense they weren’t out of line hiring him.
He wasn’t convicted from what I can tell, so I really don’t see a problem. That being said, it is probably better that he is not on the front line, but innocent until proven guilty.
Isn’t that exactly the kind of resume the TSA is looking for?
Enough with the guilty until proven innocent idealized liberal nonsense here folks. He was determined guilty by his former employer and in two separate civil suits. He just wasn’t found guilty in a criminal trial because the statue of limitations ran out; to think he’s forever innocent because of that technicality is nonsense.
