New Priority Club Point Breaks List is Out

That’s the discounted redemptions of just 5000 points per night (which can be savvily purchased for $30).

Sadly the only Intercontinental properties on the list are Dallas, Malta, Bahrain, and Santo Domingo.

Get ’em while they’re hot if your plans coincide.

  1. Can you explain or post the Milepoint thread as to how to savvily purchase 5000 points for $30? Thanks.

  2. You have must have at least 5000 Priority Club points in your account to start. Use the “cash and points” option to book any cancelable 10000 point hotel for $30+5000 points. Then cancel the booking. All 10000 points (your original 5000 plus the 5000 you just “bought”) will be put into your account. Also works with 15000 point booking for $60+5000 points. Either way, you get 5000 points per $30… which is 6/10 of a cent per point.

  3. Crowne Plaza Resort Petra looks like a hot deal at 5000 points… wish I didn’t already have too many trips coming up this fall, or I’d be all over that one.

  4. The US hotels we not updated yet—still a 9/30/11 validity. The other areas were. Only 3 locations in cold Canada.

  6. I’m surprised how few options there are for Asia!

BTW, there is one Intercontinental on the list in China…
