  1. Why do you say there is no class action lawsuit?
    The link you provided seems to show that there is going to be one. what did I miss?

  2. @Patrick – I think Gary inadvertently omitted the “w” from the word “now”. Reviewing the article, the plaintiff spent a lot of money very quickly in order to earn his SPG bonus, so it’s quite possible he violated the T & C by engaging in manufactured spending. I know, I know – he also could have had organic spend but Amex has been cracking down on people who use MS to try to meet bonus goals.

  4. The lawsuit dismissal is a win for common-sense. It’s incredible how often naive shareholders enable smart lawyers to take money from their own pockets.
