Amazon will give you 3000 JetBlue TrueBlue points for joining Prime by May 8. (HT: Wandering Aramean)
Amazon Prime is a membership program offered by Amazon that offers subscribers free two-day shipping on over 50 million items, unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows with Prime Video, unlimited streaming of millions of songs and thousands of playlists and free Kindle e-books, unlimited photo storage, and much more. Also, Prime members can access their benefits onboard all JetBlue flights in the U.S.
This is for new Prime memberships only. You can only earn this bonus once, for a $99+tax membership. And this is for your own prime membership, not for gifting prime.
I value JetBlue points at 1.3 cents apiece, so that’s a really strong rebate on your first Amazon Prime signup.
In fact JetBlue also has ongoing earning with Amazon of 3 points per dollar. (Normally the signup offer for Prime is therefore just 3 points per dollar.) You should be earning points for what you buy at Amazon anyway.
This is the best general offer for Amazon, though in certain purchase categories you can earn 3% or 5% back. I see 3 JetBlue TrueBlue points per dollar as being roughly equivalent to a 4% rebate.
