  1. One would assume that UA would have done full product QA before rolling anything out, including inflight service. There’s no way cracking and sharding glass should have happened on a consistent basis to actual customers. One more UA Fail…

  2. Bummer about the US Bank Altitude Priority Pass limit of 4 times a year. I just cancelled my Prestige when the annual fee came around and I haven’t been using 4th night free as much as expected. I hoped to pick up a Sapphire Reserve or Altitude and just got gonged on my Sapphire application. I must be the only person reading this blog without a Priority Pass membership. Boo, no free waters and unnecessary snacking for me for a while.
