  1. @gary – please post more complete descriptions in what you put here. The Boeing article seems pretty clear that the issue WTO outlined was minor compared with all the allegations the EU raised against Boeing. A partial violation was found on 1 of the 7 allegations. At least if my understanding of the poorly written article is correct.

  2. WTO also concluded that the $22B would mean that Airbus would have failed to exist completely had they not been received, at least if Boeing’s statement of such is accurate.
