Star Alliance member SAS has $99 one-ways from Miami to Copenhagen and Oslo. This should be bookable on any online travel website.
Fly4Free says this is a likely mistake fare. It’s so low I would think it was also, but the fare rules are so significantly limited that it does seem to be a real sale for dates they want to liquidate seats for.
VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON/AFTER 28SEP 16 AND ON/BEFORE 11OCT 16.
It’s a $21 base fare plus taxes and fuel surcharges. These fares are non-refundable and there’s a $300 change fee (hah). So, no changes. No residual value.
They had $21 base fares in both directions a little over a week ago, so I’m going to further call this ‘not a mistake’.
However in case I’m wrong about that and SAS decides they want to renege on such a deep discount offer for non-stops to Europe, a case of seller’s remorse, I’d wait a few days after buying tickets before making additional non-refundable travel plans around the fare. (In theory an airline refusing to honor a sale like this would have to reimburse any out of pocket costs you incurred but there’s not much history with enforcement of that particular DOT statement so I’d still not test it.)

Since this is available just one way — it applies to outbound travel only — if you’re looking for cheapest possible return remember that Norwegian flies from Europe back to Fort Lauderdale.
