  1. How UA FA training compares with SQ training: It is not just 5 weeks vs. 15 weeks that tells the story. Considering the IQ of the average UA FA is much lower than that of the average SQ FA, the difference in training levels is all the more shocking

  3. I’d proffer that the average SQ FA rates higher than the average UA FA on more than just IQ (and training).
