Quintuple Dip With Starwood: New Free Nights Offer for Design Hotel Stays

Back in November Starwood brought their 11th brand Design Hotels into the SPG program.

Now Starwood is letting you earn free nights when you stay at their ‘Deisgn Hotels’ properties.

Earn one Free Night Award for every three eligible paid nights at Design Hotels between March 16 – May 31, 2016. You can earn up to two Free Night Awards during the promotion period. Awards can be redeemed at any Category 1 – 5 Starwood hotel & resort through September 30, 2016.

To take advantage of this offer, register by May 16 at spg.com/dh and then book your next stay at Design Hotels here.

This is stackable with normal points-earning and also with their winter promotion that runs through April 30.

And Design Hotels stays count towards the bonus for staying across Starwood’s several brands that you can find when logging into your SPG Dashboard.

Add in the points earn for paying with a mileage-earnin credit card, and that’s actually a quintuple dip.

  1. Normal SPG points
  2. Points for paying for your stay
  3. Winter bonus
  4. Dashboard bonus for staying across multiple brands
  5. Free night promotion for Design Hotels stays

  1. Are all Design Hotels eligible for this promotion? The DH website says “A selection of Design Hotels™ is now proudly joining forces with the Starwood Preferred Guest® Program.”

I can’t seem to find a list of which are the “selection” of such hotels.
