  1. Mr. Leff,

I subscribed to your newsletter a few months ago but I am really getting frustrated with how I have to hunt for the articles you post. I don’t like having to open various pages and hunt for the information and sometimes the information is not useful at all. Please make your content easier to view and relevant or I fear a lot of folks like me are going to hit the unsubscribe button.

    Best regards,

    Mehdi

  2. I have noticed over the last two weeks at LAX, O’Hare and Houston, that the Pre-Check lines at the United terminals have exploded in numbers of people and processing time. Almost as if United has now given Pre-Check to everybody. Anybody know what is going on?

  3. This is like getting an answer at the DMV. First you have to click here then there and then read a bunch of crap to find out that you clicked the wrong place. Then redo it all over again and find out that you were in the right place to begin with but just wasted 20 min of your time.

  4. I think the free bag thing is a scam. I clicked on the link to sign up, after answering at least 10 demographic questions, and it said that I was no entered into a sweepstakes drawing for a trip to Hawaii
    . WTF??!!
