  1. Gary,

I have a US airway award ticket (via BA),which is due in early December. I have been thinking of cancelling it because of changing plan. Interestingly, last week I received an email from US airways saying that one of my connecting flights to LHR will rescheduled to arrive 10 mins late. The fact that I still have enough time to transit there, do you think it will be a long shot if I call their customer service and request cancellation of my award ticket free of charge for this ‘minor’ schedule change notice, or how should I approach it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Yang
