Hilton’s 4th Quarter Promotion — From a Lump of Coal Up to Quadruple Points

Hilton is now sending out ‘advance notice’ of their 4th quarter promotion, “More Nights, More Points” which is one they’ve run before.

We’re giving you an exclusive first look at our Hilton HHonors™ More Nights, More Points promotion. Beginning October 10, 2013, stay two nights and earn double HHonors Points for your entire stay. Stay three nights to triple your points, and four nights or more to quadruple your points. Simply book and stay at any of the 4,000 hotels in 90 countries before January 31, 2014. It’s a quick ticket to unforgettable experiences.

Folks on single night stays get nothing, but longer term stays get a generous bonus.

The website URL in the email I received was unique to me and didn’t require entering my account number in order to register. The website — not up yet — for general registration will be www.HHonors.com/More.

The list of non-participating properties is ‘coming soon’ and my guess is it will be large.

You can join the 30,000+ people who see these deals and analysis every day — sign up to receive posts by email (just one e-mail per day) or subscribe to the RSS feed. It’s free. Don’t miss out!

  1. Consider me a non-participating customer. What’s the point of 4X points if they just devalue them 3X next February. Collecting Hilton points is like having a stash of Zimbabwean dollars.

  2. I’m with Nick on this one. I’m a Hilton diamond and my response to this was, “so what?” Hilton points are already so useless, I’m just going to use my status for a Hyatt challenge.

  3. Ugh–I’m a hilton diamond due to business travel, but I rarely am in the same place for more than one night. Boo!

  4. Once again, Hilton has motivated me to stay at starwood and Hyatt. I get 80% 1-night stays; why bother? Hilton, if you’re reading this, the score is now Hilton- 5 stays this year (3 of those booked before your devaluation, 1 on points, and -1- revenue stay from this 15 year diamond member with status thru 2016…

  5. @JakeP, Nick,
Hilton has several decent double/triple miles offer this quarter. 1000 extra IB or BA Avios points on FSS (weekends).
