Free Instant Accor Hotels Top Tier Elite Status

Leclub Accor Hotels will let you sign up for a new account and start off with top tier Platinum status.

This offer won’t last long, usually just a few hours once they start getting lots of signups but sometimes a little longer.

You must open a new account, it cannot be applied to existing accounts. And when you do so you must use an email address that’s not currently on file with them.

Even if you don’t frequently stay at Sofitel, Novotel, Pullman, Mercure, and other related properties frequently, you never know when you might find yourself in one and having top tier status can’t hurt.

Platinum status usually requires 60 nights or 25,000 points earned. It offers double points and subject to availability and on request 4pm late checkout and an upgrade.

Now, this status is far from the most rewarding, set your expectations accordingly. Earlier this year at the Sofitel London Heathrow, Platinum status meant an upgrade to a king bed.

Use This Status to Match to Another Program

Many hotel programs now offer challenges rather than matches, but some like Club Carlson are willing to match Accor status generally.

Get a Rebate for Your Accor Hotels Booking, Too.

In addition to saving 30% or more on the room rate, TopCashBack is currently offering 8% rebates on Accor hotels bookings. Start out at TopCashBack, your mileage may vary as to whether the offers will be stackable (whether your cash back will report). But it makes sense to try, as there’s no reason to leave money on the table.

  1. Thanks for the heads-up. It worked for me. I’ve done this one before and, as you’ve mentioned the benefits are usually modest — but “better than a hole in your head.”

I currently have another Accor LeClub account with a few points in it. Has anyone been successful in combining their new platinum account with an existing account and keeping the platinum status?

  2. Worked for me as well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Every-time I’ve tried to use one of these promos before I wasn’t successful; I thought it was because of my Canadian Address.
