    I attempted the additional leg at the end of the trip, but to no avail. I must be selecting the incorrect options. I am looking at SFO-MIA, MIA-SFO, SFO-HNL. The site charges my mileage account for the SFO-HNL portion. I did read and tried the various examples, as well and those did not work. Thanks for your help.

  2. @dwh I know I have posts about the Alaska Companion Certificate. And I have posts about Alaska miles generallly or referencing them. But should probably do a dedicated post, since they’re interesting, they won’t hold awards anymore and no one way awards with partners, they also don’t let you mix partners. But they have lots and lots of partners which is great and have pretty liberal routing rules (eg connect in HKG on the way to South Africa for no additional miles).
